What we do

Cyprus Bucketlist is a booking platform. We list tours and activities offered by independent operators and, acting as the operators' commercial agent, we take bookings and collect payment on their behalf. We are not the operator of the tours themselves. For operators who choose it, we also provide reservation-system services that keep their availability and bookings in step with third-party booking platforms and with their own reservation systems, and we let a connected third-party reseller read an operator’s availability and make bookings directly through our platform. This is explained in full in our Terms of Service.

Responsibility for content

We take reasonable care over the content we publish on the Site. Tour descriptions, photographs, and related content are provided by the respective operators, who are responsible for their accuracy. The Site also contains content submitted by users (reviews, photos). To report illegal content or content that breaches our Terms, see Terms of Service §16, or email support@cyprusbucketlist.com — this is also our point of contact under the EU Digital Services Act.

Dispute resolution

If you have a complaint, please contact us first at support@cyprusbucketlist.com; we aim to resolve complaints quickly and fairly. We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body. As an EU consumer you may have alternative-dispute-resolution options in your country of residence.
