Swim and snorkel alongside wild sea turtles in Paphos on a private adventure along the beautiful Cyprus coastline, booked for your group only.
This is a private trip for one group, with your own guides for the whole experience and no other guests joining you. Your experience begins with a short safety briefing before your guides provide all the necessary snorkelling equipment. You will then enter the sea directly from the shore and explore the clear Mediterranean waters while searching for turtles in their natural habitat.
Finding the turtles is part of the adventure. They are wild animals and move freely, so every trip is different. Along the way, you may also encounter schools of fish and other Mediterranean marine life while your guides share information about the turtles and the local underwater environment.
During the snorkelling session, you will also have the opportunity to use shared sea scooters, making it fun and easier to explore the area while moving through the water.
Your guides stay in the water with the group throughout the experience, helping you explore safely and respectfully. Floating noodles are also available for additional support when needed.
The turtles naturally come close to the coastline to feed and rest, allowing you to experience them up close in their natural environment without needing a boat.
The full experience lasts approximately 3 to 4 hours, with around 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes in the water. Free GoPro photos of your experience are also included.
The activity is designed for good, confident swimmers, as the group may need to swim some distance, depending on where the turtles are on the day.
