Refund Policy

1. Deposit
Deposit Requirement:
When booking a tour or activity through Cyprus Bucketlist, a deposit is required to secure your reservation.
This deposit is part of the total tour cost and guarantees your spot.
2. Cancellations
Full Refund for Cancellations
If a tour or activity is canceled by for any reason (e.g., weather conditions, unforeseen events, etc.), Cyprus Bucketlist will issue a full refund of the deposit paid by the customer.
The customer will be informed of the cancellation as soon as possible, and the refund will be processed promptly.
Refund Process:
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during booking.
Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
3. Customer-Initiated Cancellations
If a customer decides to cancel a booking, the deposit paid at the time of booking is non-refundable.
If you need to cancel or modify your booking, you must contact us.
4. Rescheduling and Modifications
Modifications by the Customer:
Customers may request changes to their booking (e.g., date changes, number of participants) by contacting us.
Any modifications are subject to the availability and discretion of the tour guide, and additional fees may apply.
5. Force Majeure Events
Unforeseen Circumstances:
In cases where a tour or activity is canceled due to force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics), Cyprus Bucketlist will provide a suitable alternative or reschedule the tour.
If rescheduling is not possible, a refund of the deposit may be issued.
